i was at work and we had two females shoplifting when they tried to leave myself and a security gaurd had to step in and detain them ... violent biarchs one was she tried to fight her way out so we grabbed her and took her out to the back of your service area she ripped the necklace off me that i had on (it was leather) and she scratched my neck.

So now she has not only shoplifting charges against her but also assualt charges

i have to go have my neck photographed tomorrow morning.

Hmmm, what you did would have been illegal in the U.S. Only a cop can arrest someone. What you did was make an arrest. I used to be a security guard, and one thing they told us was to never arrest someone unless we planned on getting sued. Sue 4H!!!
